The supporters of Ghostbusters CF booed when ROJO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Răzvan Hăulică hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luca Bădescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Bizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ROJO's Victorio Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Fecioru in the 16th minute of play. Felix Bizi might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luca Bădescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Bizi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute Urbano Bittor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Bădescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ghostbusters CF's Sabin Fecioru got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorio Donostia came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Ghostbusters CF's Răzvan Hăulică. But to his dismay, Răzvan Hăulică quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sabin Fecioru kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Bizi to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Urbano Bittor made a precise shot to the right of Luca Bădescu. Ghostbusters CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 56th minute, Roman Haritz had to leave the field with a concussion. Ionel Tudorică charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ionel Tudorică the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. ROJO made a substitution. Amador Itzaina replaced Roman Haritz. The supporters of ROJO booed when Ghostbusters CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Tudorică didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Sabin Fecioru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ghostbusters CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabin Fecioru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Urbano Bittor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ROJO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Bizi in the 74th minute of play forced Ghostbusters CF's goalkeeper Luca Bădescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Sabin Fecioru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ghostbusters CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sabin Fecioru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorio Donostia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Răzvan Hăulică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Victorio Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Răzvan Hăulică who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Victorio Donostia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Răzvan Hăulică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amador Itzaina's late challenge caught a Ghostbusters CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Itzaina helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ROJO's Amador Itzaina got a free kick in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ROJO's zone, Cezar Coposu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Donostia came out of the goal and Cezar Coposu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There was no doubt that ROJO were the better team. ROJO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
