Frédson Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Erasto lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Frédson Freire. Frédson Freire didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivan Henrico went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Frédson Freire made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Erasto in the 27th minute. With his leg Reynaldo Sauveur managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Xiboquinha FC's Franklin Mendes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 70 minutes into the game, ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫'s Arnaldo Corderall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frédson Freire made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1.
