Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Prudencio Fortun started the match with the kick off. Zé Pedro Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Chumo having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, C.A Vientos Huracanados's goalkeeper Hugo Chumo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Cabral. Atlético de Blumenau's Armando Madureira got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gualter Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualter Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Atlético de Blumenau got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Barros. Apolo Lope recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, C.A Vientos Huracanados's Pablo Eladio got a free kick in the 38th minute. C.A Vientos Huracanados's Prudencio Fortun pulled a muscle in his leg after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Edvaldo Couto's late challenge caught a C.A Vientos Huracanados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edvaldo Couto helped the player get up and apologised. C.A Vientos Huracanados made a substitution. Aristides Federigo replaced Prudencio Fortun. In the 46th match minute, Atlético de Blumenau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvaldo Couto to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simão Duarte made a kick off. The corner led Atlético de Blumenau's Duarte do Valle to fire away a dangerous shot which Hugo Chumo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Atlético de Blumenau's Roger Cunha got control of the ball when Aristides Federigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute, Armando Madureira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Chumo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético de Blumenau's zone, Ubaldo Gervaso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Cunha came out of the goal and Ubaldo Gervaso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 minutes of play, Atlético de Blumenau's Arnaldo Cabral made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Chumo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aristides Federigo scored 2-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. C.A Vientos Huracanados's Pablo Eladio got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Pablo Eladio off the ground. Pablo Eladio hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Carolo Ioritz kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match Duarte do Valle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Chumo skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Atlético de Blumenau getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gualter Barros hit a great ball. Hugo Chumo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Chumo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simão Duarte's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
