Várdomb's Renátó Bolla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdi Dekens in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Várdomb's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gerard Kok was slow to take the kick. During this time Zijdewind SC's players had a chance to rest. After 13 played minutes Zijdewind SC got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Kok. Balázs Madaras kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Várdomb's Renátó Bolla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damien Schimmel in the 24th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Zijdewind SC got a freekick which was hit by Damien Schimmel. 1-0 became the score in the 27th minute when Bertold Csonka elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Ferdinánd Lőrincz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Bertold Csonka kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luc de Nooijer. That made the score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. Sándor Szilágyi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Bertold Csonka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luc de Nooijer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. If Bertold Csonka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdi Dekens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Christijan Booy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zijdewind SC and the Várdomb players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zijdewind SC's Christijan Booy got a free kick in the 51st minute. The supporters of Várdomb booed when Zijdewind SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Kok didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Zijdewind SC's Jan ter Averst got a free kick in the 59th minute. Luc de Nooijer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sándor Szilágyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Balázs Héj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Várdomb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zijdewind SC the free kick. In the 62nd minute, Balázs Héj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerard Kok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luc de Nooijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertold Csonka in the 69th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Várdomb's Kálmán Horváth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luc de Nooijer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 79thth minute of the game Bertold Csonka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zijdewind SC's Luc de Nooijer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, Várdomb's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ferdi Dekens fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 83 minutes, Bertold Csonka made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zijdewind SC's Luc de Nooijer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute, Kálmán Horváth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luc de Nooijer was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Várdomb's Ádám Vajda was substituted for Ferdinánd Lőrincz.
