The supporters of Café DE PLOEG booed when DEMİREL.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamber Çetiner didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Robbin De Ruyter notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DEMİREL.FC's Orbay Canıtez. Orbay Canıtez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emir Başkur charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emir Başkur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Boudewijn Vlimmens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orbay Canıtez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbin De Ruyter, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Erwin Reuters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, DEMİREL.FC's Mehmet Ediz Samim tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Erwin Reuters fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Café DE PLOEG's protests and gave Erwin Reuters a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Erwin Reuters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When DEMİREL.FC's Sezai Varlık in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Orbay Canıtez came out of the goal and Robbin De Ruyter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orbay Canıtez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glen Coremans in the 26th minute of play. Boudewijn Vlimmens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Glen Coremans struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Orbay Canıtez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Café DE PLOEG. 34 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's goal looked a bit too open when Emir Başkur came free, but Philip Van Den Eijnde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Robbin De Ruyter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orbay Canıtez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Café DE PLOEG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boudewijn Vlimmens to maneuver through the defense. During the 44th minute of the match Emir Başkur completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Emir Başkur a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 44th match minute, DEMİREL.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emir Başkur to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robbin De Ruyter in the 46th minute of play forced DEMİREL.FC's goalkeeper Orbay Canıtez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The DEMİREL.FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Café DE PLOEG were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Sezai Varlık made the kick off in the second half. If Robbin De Ruyter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Robbin De Ruyter took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Orbay Canıtez to make any attempt to save it. Orbay Canıtez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boudewijn Vlimmens, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. DEMİREL.FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Boudewijn Vlimmens scored to the left of an out of position Orbay Canıtez, making the score, 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boudewijn Vlimmens during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Boudewijn Vlimmens hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 83 minutes of play, Café DE PLOEG's Robbin De Ruyter made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orbay Canıtez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Robbin De Ruyter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Café DE PLOEG's supporters rose to their feet, but Robbin De Ruyter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orbay Canıtez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Café DE PLOEG could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DEMİREL.FC throughout the match.
