In the 9th minute, Beckham23's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lane Berg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Simon Ixidor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrick Layton having to make a save. In the 17th minute, S.D. Bajen's Lane Berg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Gerardo Luken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Fournier in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Rodrick Layton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Scott Sanchez got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Beckham23's Evelio Ledesma got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evelio Ledesma hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Erik Clifton hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Lane Berg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Beckham23's Gerardo Luken didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Devin Madison during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Devin Madison hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Gurutz in the 48th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Rodrick Layton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The corner ended in Octavio Fournier almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Beckham23's Gerardo Luken did a great save. Lane Berg scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerardo Luken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerardo Luken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Fournier, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Lane Berg might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerardo Luken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lane Berg ran back to his position shaking his head. Rodrick Layton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Ixidor in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute Lane Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Luken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Lane Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.D. Bajen's supporters rose to their feet, but Lane Berg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Luken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Lane Berg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerardo Luken was relentless in the 87th minute of the game.
