Eustratios Vertsotis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Frankowski in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Dimitris Koudas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Frankowski. BuBu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dimitris Koudas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 14thth minute of the game Notis Trontzos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BuBu's Waldemar Frankowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Notis Trontzos fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olympiacos FC's protests and gave Notis Trontzos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Olympiacos FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Notis Trontzos hit a great ball. Ksawery Ogrodowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ksawery Ogrodowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Ksawery Ogrodowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldemar Frankowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Notis Trontzos's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th match minute, BuBu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Sebzda to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Notis Trontzos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, BuBu's Wasyl Wos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Wasyl Wos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BuBu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Wasyl Wos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Wasyl Wos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's Grigoris Plexioudas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldemar Frankowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Waldemar Frankowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexis Dellios went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. One of Olympiacos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BuBu:s goal. Eustratios Vertsotis had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Iwan Sebzda's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Waldemar Frankowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavlos Fanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Panos Papathomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Frankowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to BuBu getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Andrzej Jazowski hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexis Dellios during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Olympiacos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Dellios to maneuver through the defense. Ryszard Frankowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Olympiacos FC's Panos Loukas was substituted for Panos Papathomas. The wind increased when Ryszard Frankowski made the kick off in the second half. If Panos Loukas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the match, Notis Trontzos notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of BuBu's Waldemar Frankowski. Waldemar Frankowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olympiacos FC made a substitution. Avraam Chalkias replaced Alexis Dellios. 65 minutes into the match, BuBu's goal looked a bit too open when Panos Loukas came free, but Waldemar Frankowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Olympiacos FC's Dimitris Koudas made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldemar Frankowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the match, Notis Trontzos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Waldemar Frankowski, 0-5. 76 minutes into the match, Avraam Chalkias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Frankowski. BuBu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avraam Chalkias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Notis Trontzos in the 82nd minute of play forced BuBu's goalkeeper Waldemar Frankowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Notis Trontzos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waldemar Frankowski. The goal made the score 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Loukas in the 92nd minute of play forced BuBu's goalkeeper Waldemar Frankowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in BuBu's zone, Notis Trontzos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldemar Frankowski came out of the goal and Notis Trontzos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of BuBu booed when Olympiacos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavlos Fanidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The BuBu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olympiacos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
