The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Patricio Villacorta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Juniors and the Auktsjaur IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Villacorta hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Malcolm Nordin put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alisson Becker. The supporters of Real Juniors booed when Auktsjaur IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oskar Gustavsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barraza in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Real Juniors booed when Auktsjaur IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Felipe Barraza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Gustavsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real Juniors's Alisson Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Real Juniors from getting a goal against them. Alisson Becker made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Malcolm Nordin sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Auktsjaur IF's Jan-Erik Abrahamsson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Roberto Gallegos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oskar Gustavsson skillfully saved the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Villacorta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Rutger Engström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Felipe Barraza could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Oskar Gustavsson however easily saved by the left post. Florian Wirtz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Auktsjaur IF's Oskar Gustavsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Auktsjaur IF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Villacorta in the 74th minute of play forced Auktsjaur IF's goalkeeper Oskar Gustavsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roberto Gallegos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Real Juniors booed when Auktsjaur IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orvar Lindgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alisson Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Abrahamsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Auktsjaur IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Juniors were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
