The corner led FSX UNITED's Laurín Lamb to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Colon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Salomone Berna charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salomone Berna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FSX UNITED getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Salomone Berna hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Juliano Escuti managed to get in a good position for a shot. FSX UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Juliano Escuti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Colon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Narciso Pinto ran back to his position shaking his head. FSX UNITED walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
