In the 16th match minute, Büyükada Commandos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Bedri Sözmen to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes, Elof Mellbad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wrexham A.F.C. and the Büyükada Commandos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Wrexham A.F.C. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Elof Mellbad hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Bedri Sözmen got free with Esbjörn Forssell in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Bedri Sözmen in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esbjörn Forssell saved Wrexham A.F.C. from getting behind. 39 minutes into the game, İlkan Ağın was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Büyükada Commandos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wrexham A.F.C. the free kick. İlkan Ağın kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Wrexham A.F.C.'s Esbjörn Forssell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Wrexham A.F.C. from getting a goal against them. Wrexham A.F.C.'s Esbjörn Forssell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulaş Arya in the 44th minute of play. Roger Koch charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Koch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Büyükada Commandos booed when Wrexham A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Koch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İlkan Ağın made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Wrexham A.F.C.'s Göran Utfal got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Aral Saltık struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Esbjörn Forssell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Büyükada Commandos. Büyükada Commandos's Berkay Lemi was substituted for Ulaş Arya. Esbjörn Forssell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkay Lemi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Vahap Ünek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esbjörn Forssell was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Roger Koch kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Mehmet Bedri Sözmen took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esbjörn Forssell. Esbjörn Forssell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 79 minutes into the match, Wrexham A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vahap Ünek came free, but Esbjörn Forssell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Vahap Ünek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wrexham A.F.C.'s Esbjörn Forssell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 86 minutes, Vahap Ünek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Büyükada Commandos and the Wrexham A.F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Büyükada Commandos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vahap Ünek to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Büyükada Commandos were the better team. Büyükada Commandos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
