With a little luck, Inter Stella 5555's Philippe Patouillard got control of the ball when Saivis Rogs tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Inter Stella 5555's Fernand Mendy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Austris Uškurs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Joey Paulmier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Austris Uškurs. BumboTava's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Gunis Garšteins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alix Frugier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Austris Uškurs having to interfere. Paul-Henri Sivignon charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paul-Henri Sivignon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Paul-Henri Sivignon hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Alfons Lode fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BumboTava's protests and gave Alfons Lode a yellow card for diving instead. Alfons Lode kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Juris Pantejevs kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. BumboTava's Austris Uškurs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malik Donati in the 28th minute of play. If Paul-Henri Sivignon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 minutes, Fernand Mendy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter Stella 5555 and the BumboTava players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Fernand Mendy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saivis Rogs got free with Philippe Patouillard in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Inter Stella 5555 booed when BumboTava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunis Garšteins didn't get a good kick on the ball. The BumboTava players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Inter Stella 5555 were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saivis Rogs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Malik Donati made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. BumboTava's Austris Uškurs tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Austris Uškurs came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter Stella 5555's Malik Donati. But to his dismay, Malik Donati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, BumboTava's Saivis Rogs got a free kick in the 62nd minute. BumboTava's Austris Uškurs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save BumboTava from getting a goal against them. Inter Stella 5555's Paul-Henri Sivignon got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paul-Henri Sivignon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Austris Uškurs made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Stella 5555's zone, Alfons Lode stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philippe Patouillard came out of the goal and Alfons Lode tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BumboTava's Austris Uškurs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malik Donati in the 80th minute of play. Alfons Lode fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philippe Patouillard having to interfere. Austris Uškurs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joey Paulmier, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 84th match minute, BumboTava was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilgvars Ločmelis to maneuver through the defense. Malik Donati's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Austris Uškurs skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saivis Rogs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Philippe Patouillard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Gunis Garšteins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 92nd minute of the match Kristaps Mārtiņš shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Philippe Patouillard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 96 minutes, Malik Donati made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. BumboTava's Austris Uškurs tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Inter Stella 5555 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BumboTava throughout the match.
