Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iosif Culiță got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Sporting Burgas booed when SuperDepor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iosif Culiță didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Benat Millán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Ciolpan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gheorghe Ciolpan came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Burgas's Senen Casanova. But to his dismay, Senen Casanova quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dino Ledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gheorghe Ciolpan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gheorghe Ciolpan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Senen Casanova in the 19th minute of play. Marin Berceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Narcis Baniu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SuperDepor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Burgas the free kick. A collision led to SuperDepor getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Narcis Baniu hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Tavio Gomar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gheorghe Ciolpan skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Sporting Burgas's Dino Ledo got a free kick in the 29th minute. SuperDepor's Gheorghe Ciolpan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benat Millán in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, SuperDepor's goal looked a bit too open when Benat Millán came free, but Gheorghe Ciolpan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Senen Casanova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Dumitru Ghionescu fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SuperDepor's protests and gave Dumitru Ghionescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, SuperDepor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dumitru Ghionescu to maneuver through the defense. When Senen Casanova came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Sporting Burgas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Senen Casanova couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in SuperDepor's zone, Senen Casanova stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gheorghe Ciolpan came out of the goal and Senen Casanova tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Senen Casanova received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gheorghe Ciolpan came out and tried to block the shot, but Senen Casanova slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 56th minute. Benat Millán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gheorghe Ciolpan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Senen Casanova got free with Gheorghe Ciolpan in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benat Millán in the 67th minute of play forced SuperDepor's goalkeeper Gheorghe Ciolpan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting Burgas's Senen Casanova got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Senen Casanova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dino Ledo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gheorghe Ciolpan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Burgas. If Senen Casanova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind SuperDepor's goalkeeper Gheorghe Ciolpan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Senen Casanova got free with Gheorghe Ciolpan in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Senen Casanova could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Gheorghe Ciolpan made a huge save. The SuperDepor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sporting Burgas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
