After some careless play in the Atletico Maturrango defense, Borys Dombroski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raul Platas. The Atletico Maturrango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raul Platas should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the game, Borys Dombroski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Raul Platas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Konstanty Gamza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Godinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Borys Dombroski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Cavia Pyskowice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Dombroski in the 46th minute of play forced Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Raul Platas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Jan Lato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Platas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Borys Dombroski was the one to do the kick off. After 95 minutes of play, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Jan Lato made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Platas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Cavia Pyskowice walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
