Adomas Bikulčius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulvio Cugini's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Elia Nanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Karamba's Adomas Bikulčius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Cugini in the 19th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Aquile Azzurre's Adomas Bikulčius threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elia Nanni, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 28th minute Angelo Scarinci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adomas Bikulčius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Aquile Azzurre's Elia Nanni got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Karamba's Merūnas Malevičius got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Almantas Girčius during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Almantas Girčius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demetrio Bobbio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almantas Girčius in the 38th minute of play. Adomas Bikulčius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Cugini in the 44th minute of play. If Edoardo Proia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fulvio Cugini to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Evaldas Markūnas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Karamba and the FC Aquile Azzurre players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adomas Bikulčius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elia Nanni in the 54th minute of the match. Adomas Bikulčius came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Aquile Azzurre's Fulvio Cugini. But to his dismay, Fulvio Cugini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 58 minutes into the match, FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Demetrio Bobbio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klemensas Makauskas. After 60 played minutes FC Aquile Azzurre got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Raniolo. After having played for 63 minutes, Fulvio Cugini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aquile Azzurre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulvio Cugini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Klemensas Makauskas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Demetrio Bobbio. The goal made the score 1-3. Adomas Bikulčius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elia Nanni's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. If Elia Nanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, FC Karamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laimutis Zvėga to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Beppe Bordon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aquile Azzurre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beppe Bordon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adomas Bikulčius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Cugini in the 89th minute of play. Elia Nanni hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC Aquile Azzurre's Demetrio Bobbio got control of the ball when Jonas Mečius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adomas Bikulčius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Cugini, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Cugini in the 97th minute of play forced FC Karamba's goalkeeper Adomas Bikulčius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Karamba supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Karamba would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
