Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arne Björklund started the match with the kick off. Viktor Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Dionisio Abaurre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JKs Talanger. Bertil Billströms short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Dionisio Abaurre to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Victor Denver fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newpi Academy's protests and gave Victor Denver a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when Newpi Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Denver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Pilberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Reynardo went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. JKs Talanger's Mikael Pilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Neron in the 15th minute of play. Bertil Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikael Pilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didier Drogba in the 19th minute of play. Severiano Hurko kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Mikael Pilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Txordon in the 24th minute of the match. Dionisio Abaurre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Clemente Neron took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikael Pilberg. Mikael Pilberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Mikael Pilberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Txordon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 40 in the game by Viktor Nilsson from a close distance when the talented Dionisio Abaurre managed to make a qualified save. Newpi Academy's players were relieved. Julio Txordon scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikael Pilberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. JKs Talanger's Mikael Pilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Callahan in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

53 minutes into the game, Rolando Reynardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newpi Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JKs Talanger the free kick. After 53 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Reynardo. Fernando Asur hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Neron to maneuver through the defense. Viktor Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Abaurre having to interfere. After 64 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Nilsson. JKs Talanger's Mikael Pilberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save JKs Talanger from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the game, Benne Strongman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JKs Talanger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newpi Academy the free kick. Benne Strongman hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Victoriano Burutzagi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikael Pilberg. JKs Talanger's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When JKs Talanger's Arne Björklund in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Newpi Academy's goalie prevented a goal. Dionisio Abaurre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Billström, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Severiano Hurko's late challenge caught a JKs Talanger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Hurko helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Severiano Hurko hit a great ball. When Rolando Reynardo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Newpi Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Reynardo couldn't finish the play. The JKs Talanger supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Newpi Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Newpi Academy.
