El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vincent Janssen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mariano Selmo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Teofilo Herauso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gaudencio Flor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Carmelo Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alfonso Amato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Vincent Janssen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Selmo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 34 played minutes Paulo Policarpio rounded El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. Fermin Gregory kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Mariano Selmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Vincent Janssen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mariano Selmo. Mariano Selmo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. 46 minutes in the game, Vincent Janssen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mariano Selmo having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfonso Amato was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Policarpio in the 51st minute of play forced El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's goalkeeper Mariano Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute Vincent Janssen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Selmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Flor struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Carmelo Marino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornelio Bermudo during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Bermudo. Vincent Janssen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mariano Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Selmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Policarpio in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Martin Pirmin hit a great ball. Mariano Selmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Janssen, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Bruno Afonso hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Vincent Janssen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Mariano Selmo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfonso Amato charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfonso Amato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Flor to maneuver through the defense. Vincent Janssen scored 6-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Selmo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bruno Afonso hit a great ball. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Paulo Policarpio got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
