Cristopher Herndon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koray Ömer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Muhsin Taze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mitch Rushing. Eyüp Kalender hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, Mitch Rushing notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Blue Mountain State's Muhsin Taze. Muhsin Taze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tim Schaffer took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Muhsin Taze. Muhsin Taze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Davut Akgün had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristopher Herndon. Inmortales FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Davut Akgün was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Cristopher Herndon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koray Ömer, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Muhsin Taze was a little too slow when Tim Schaffer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 3-1. When Davut Akgün came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Blue Mountain State fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davut Akgün couldn't finish the play. Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efekan Selim in the 26th minute of play. Muhsin Taze didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. After some careless play in the Inmortales FC defense, Efekan Selim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristopher Herndon. The Inmortales FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristopher Herndon should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes into the match, Tim Schaffer notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Blue Mountain State's Muhsin Taze. Muhsin Taze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 61 played minutes Blue Mountain State got a freekick which was hit by Davut Akgün. Mitch Rushing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristopher Herndon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davut Akgün, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Efekan Selim kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Eyüp Kalender's late challenge caught a Inmortales FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eyüp Kalender helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute of the match Gilbert Brooks shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Muhsin Taze showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Inmortales FC's Mitch Rushing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Muhsin Taze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Tim Schaffer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Muhsin Taze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Muhsin Taze came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Inmortales FC's Edward Olsen. But to his dismay, Edward Olsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2.
