Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucio Luzaide kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Inko Segarra got a free kick in the 4th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lluis Belalcaraz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gavino Cristos. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. With a little luck, Ayapaso's Gavino Cristos got control of the ball when Lluis Belalcaraz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Tome Griego fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orihuela Club de Fútbol's protests and gave Tome Griego a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Orihuela Club de Fútbol getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tome Griego hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Eusebio Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Sainz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Ayapaso's goal looked a bit too open when Etxahun Rajoi came free, but Gavino Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Anacleto Oxarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Sainz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ayapaso's Gavino Cristos got control of the ball when Lluis Belalcaraz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 played minutes Orihuela Club de Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Tome Griego. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Oxarra in the 25th minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Marcos Sainz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Sainz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Marcos Sainz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Luzaide in the 29th minute of play. Marcos Sainz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Gentza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes, Etxahun Rajoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orihuela Club de Fútbol and the Ayapaso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Etxahun Rajoi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Ayapaso's Eusebio Ugutz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Sainz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After having played for 51 minutes, Eusebio Ugutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayapaso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Ugutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lluis Belalcaraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Sainz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Oxarra in the 63rd minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Ayapaso got a freekick which was hit by Blas Viator. In the 72nd minute of the match Tome Griego shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gavino Cristos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Marcos Sainz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Ugutz. Marcos Sainz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Luzaide in the 87th minute. Gavino Cristos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lluis Belalcaraz in the 93rd minute of play. Ayapaso's Gavino Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etxahun Rajoi in the 94th minute of play. The Ayapaso supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ayapaso would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
