In the 23rdth minute of the game Kadri Coşan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but White StarZ's Benito Bernat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Atalan Maruf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, White StarZ's Tahsin Orguntay threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Danilo Urbez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the game, Ümit Akersoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benito Bernat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in White StarZ's zone, Ümit Akersoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Bernat came out of the goal and Ümit Akersoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Under 18 Universe were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Edwardo was the one to do the kick off. Danilo Urbez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Halil Can Balkoç took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Benito Bernat to make any attempt to save it.
