F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Parker Nance scored to the left of an out of position Emanuel Puișoru, making the score, 1-0. Cătălin Mereuță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diogo Yurin during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 22 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Ştoia came free, but Wilbur Farrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bradley Burks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Emanuel Puișoru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s zone, Bradley Burks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Puișoru came out of the goal and Bradley Burks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Puișoru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Yurin in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Diogo Yurin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emanuel Puișoru. Diogo Yurin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 44th minute, Cristinel Andronache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Parker Nance missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 46 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Emanuel Puișoru right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 64 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Welch. 72 minutes into the match, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Yurin came free, but Emanuel Puișoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of New England Minas booed when F.C.DrobetA-Știința- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Vătavu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Yurin came free, but Emanuel Puișoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Wilfredo Middleton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New England Minas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. New England Minas were furious when Sem Terra was red carded, 92 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Augustin Andreescu shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Maria Ricota kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. There was no doubt that New England Minas were the better team. New England Minas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
