With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Talento Futebol clube's Raúl Cavalcante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Talento Futebol clube from getting a goal against them. Epifanio Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Pena charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 18 played minutes Talento Futebol clube got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Pena. After having played for 20 minutes, Angelo Mello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talento Futebol clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Mello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Munio was shown his second yellow card after 22 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to chacarita juniors getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ricardo Munio hit a great ball. Epifanio Benet came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Talento Futebol clube's Joel Aparecido. But to his dismay, Joel Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 29th minute, José Paulo Prestes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talento Futebol clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 31 minutes into the game, Mateo Manny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. chacarita juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talento Futebol clube the free kick. After 31 played minutes chacarita juniors got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Manny. When Talento Futebol clube's Joel Aparecido in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, chacarita juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Natã Mendonça came free, but Epifanio Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Benet was a little too slow when José Paulo Prestes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-7. chacarita juniors's Epifanio Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Mello in the 85th minute of play. Epifanio Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With an all-out effort, Talento Futebol clube's Epifanio Benet threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from José Paulo Prestes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
