Konstanty Zagrobelny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Duendes Verdes. Igor Bucyki's late challenge caught a Duendes Verdes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Bucyki helped the player get up and apologised. Igor Bucyki kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gumisie Rybnik's Boleslaw Piekarczyk got a free kick in the 16th minute. Kajetan Weyna scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Bartoli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Carolo Lope had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Konstanty Zagrobelny. Gumisie Rybnik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carolo Lope was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gumisie Rybnik's Konstanty Zagrobelny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Gumisie Rybnik from getting a goal against them. After 36 played minutes Gumisie Rybnik got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Olejarz. Konstanty Zagrobelny made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Narciso Theodore sent off a good shot on target. If Jeremias Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Duendes Verdes booed when Gumisie Rybnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Bucyki didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kajetan Weyna made a kick off. Carolo Lope might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Konstanty Zagrobelny. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carolo Lope ran back to his position shaking his head. Konstanty Zagrobelny didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Lope went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. If Kajetan Weyna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes Duendes Verdes got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Marino. After recieving a nice pass, Gumisie Rybnik's Jerzy Borkowski tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Saverio Prejun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Zagrobelny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
