The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zarando Cordoba in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Eger saved Montesclarense E.C. from getting behind. The supporters of Ciruel Team booed when Montesclarense E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Zarando Cordoba notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Eger. Luiz Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Ciruel Team booed when Montesclarense E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarando Cordoba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Tarcisio Sarmento hit a great ball. Luiz Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zarando Cordoba in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Montesclarense E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Sarmento. A hard shot 22 in the game by Zarando Cordoba from a close distance when the talented Luiz Eger managed to make a qualified save. Montesclarense E.C.'s players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zarando Cordoba in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Eger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Eger got control of the ball when Bahiano Gibert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bahiano Gibert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Luiz Eger made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusébio Ramalho made a kick off. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kauan Guerra hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Cordoba came free, but Luiz Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigfrido Soldado took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eger. Luiz Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 71 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Maureo Landa came free, but Luiz Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Eger came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba. But to his dismay, Zarando Cordoba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 76th minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Crispin Klander in the 78th minute of the match. Luiz Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Benito Cuadrado kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Crispin Klander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zarando Cordoba in the 94th minute of the match. In the 97th minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciruel Team's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
