Segelbut IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Edvin Abrahamsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Eger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute Kauan Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Vollander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Montesclarense E.C. booed when Segelbut IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustav Vollander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximilian Flinck might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luiz Eger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximilian Flinck ran back to his position shaking his head. After 21 minutes of play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Eusébio Ramalho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustav Vollander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustav Vollander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarbas Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Segelbut IF's Gustav Vollander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Ramalho in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Segelbut IF's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luís Arósio came free, but Gustav Vollander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sven-Edvin Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixten Julin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 32 played minutes Segelbut IF got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Rosén. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 59thth minute of the game Kauan Guerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Segelbut IF's Gustav Vollander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustav Vollander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Ramalho in the 65th minute of the match. Segelbut IF's Gustav Vollander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Segelbut IF from getting a goal against them. Segelbut IF's Gustav Vollander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Guerra in the 67th minute of play. Segelbut IF's Gustav Vollander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Segelbut IF from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Flinck came free, but Luiz Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th play minute Jarbas Vinhas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gustav Vollander. 0-3. After some careless play in the Montesclarense E.C. defense, Sven-Edvin Abrahamsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Eger. The Montesclarense E.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Eger should have stopped the shot. Sven-Edvin Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Åkesson hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Sven-Edvin Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Luiz Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Montesclarense E.C. played a much better game than Segelbut IF and deserved their victory. The Segelbut IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
