After 4 minutes of play, AJ Juventus FC's Xurde Caño made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordache Calota was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dayam Carces's late challenge caught a FC U Cluj-N's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dayam Carces helped the player get up and apologised. Dayam Carces kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xurde Caño in the 13th minute of play forced FC U Cluj-N's goalkeeper Iordache Calota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Xurde Caño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Iordache Calota was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabian Alupoaie was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, one of FC U Cluj-N:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC U Cluj-N. The referee gave AJ Juventus FC a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aquiles Morcillo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC U Cluj-N's Iordache Calota. 0-3. Iordache Calota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baumer Ocio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iordache Calota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baumer Ocio in the 33rd minute of play. FC U Cluj-N's Iordache Calota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurde Caño in the 35th minute of play. 0-5 became the score in the 39th minute when Xurde Caño elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 42 minutes, Baumer Ocio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AJ Juventus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baumer Ocio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goal looked a bit too open when Xurde Caño came free, but Iordache Calota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Ţurlău kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. FC U Cluj-N's Iordache Calota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Morcillo in the 50th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xurde Caño to strike the kick off in the second half. AJ Juventus FC's Xurde Caño got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AJ Juventus FC's attentive Horado Bargues managed to snatch the ball when David Bognar made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Baumer Ocio managed to get in a good position for a shot. AJ Juventus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baumer Ocio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordache Calota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xurde Caño in the 64th minute of play forced FC U Cluj-N's goalkeeper Iordache Calota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 played minutes AJ Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Morcillo. AJ Juventus FC's Huly Francia was substituted for Dayam Carces. In the 69th minute, Aquiles Morcillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as AJ Juventus FC's Xurde Caño slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iordache Calota. That made the score 0-6 after 72 minutes of play. Iordache Calota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xurde Caño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Cazimir Isaia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute of the match Aquiles Morcillo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iordache Calota skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to FC U Cluj-N getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ion Ţurlău hit a great ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Xurde Caño tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iordache Calota saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With his leg Iordache Calota managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when AJ Juventus FC's Xurde Caño fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Xurde Caño in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iordache Calota, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Huly Francia came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iordache Calota could save by the left post. AJ Juventus FC played a much better game than FC U Cluj-N and deserved their victory. The FC U Cluj-N players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
