Geležinis Vilkas's Juozas Zelmikas was substituted for Vidmantas Bieliauskas. In the 10th minute, one of Alejandra:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alejandra. Natalio Elija could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Eitautas Pažarskis made a huge save. Alejandra's Gogo Bixintxo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Emilio Lonzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alejandra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Geležinis Vilkas the free kick. The supporters of Geležinis Vilkas booed when Alejandra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Lonzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juozas Zelmikas in the 39th minute of play forced Alejandra's goalkeeper Rigoberto Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 played minutes Geležinis Vilkas got a freekick which was hit by Edmundas Lideika. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristijonas Akunis during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Geležinis Vilkas's Kristijonas Akunis got a free kick in the 58th minute. Vaclovas Andrulis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Montez having to make a save. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alejandra's goalkeeper Rigoberto Montez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
