All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Black Rose 1979's zone, Sandro Urbano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Alvarez came out of the goal and Sandro Urbano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Desiderio Vito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Guimarães. Arrozal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Vito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 68 minutes into the match, Arrozal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Richie came free, but Mathias Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Black Rose 1979 fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Black Rose 1979's Desiderio Vito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
