Gogo Giraldo made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Bert Van Linthout sent off a good shot on target. Gogo Giraldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukas Gobbelijns in the 7th minute. After 13 played minutes HURACAN got a freekick which was hit by German Llanos. After 14 minutes of play, Circus BAF's Brain Van Mellart made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gogo Giraldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Moises Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo Giraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Schoovaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Circus BAF's Lukas Gobbelijns got a free kick in the 26th minute. With an all-out effort, Circus BAF's Gogo Giraldo threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Harry Schoovaerts, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 35th minute, Lukas Gobbelijns made a precise shot to the right of Gogo Giraldo. HURACAN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 39 minutes into the game, Harry Schoovaerts recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gogo Giraldo. Harry Schoovaerts showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Moises Abad charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Abad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bert Van Linthout struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Gogo Giraldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Circus BAF. In the 46th minute of the match, Harry Schoovaerts tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gogo Giraldo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. HURACAN's Gogo Giraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Gobbelijns in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harry Schoovaerts to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, HURACAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Nicholas to maneuver through the defense. After 53 minutes, Harry Schoovaerts made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. HURACAN's Gogo Giraldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute Lukas Gobbelijns shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brain Van Mellart struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Gogo Giraldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Circus BAF. The supporters of Circus BAF booed when HURACAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Bonadona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brain Van Mellart struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Gogo Giraldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Circus BAF. Circus BAF made a substitution. Sebbe Smits replaced Bert Van Linthout. If Harry Schoovaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nemesio Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes, Circus BAF's Harry Schoovaerts shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gogo Giraldo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Circus BAF reached it. 73 minutes into the game, Brain Van Mellart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Gogo Giraldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76thth minute of the game Brain Van Mellart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HURACAN's Gogo Giraldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. HURACAN's Gogo Giraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brain Van Mellart in the 85th minute of play. If Raf Van Gestelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute Harry Schoovaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the HURACAN defense, Brain Van Mellart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gogo Giraldo. The HURACAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gogo Giraldo should have stopped the shot.
