Gigi Otopeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Viorel Doloman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Stelian Uduleanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hayden Cummins was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Gigi Otopeanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hayden Cummins, 1-0. The supporters of Juventus Telford booed when FC Izesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragoş Bodiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stelian Uduleanu in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hayden Cummins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute Ty Harrington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Berbec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hayden Cummins made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Stelian Uduleanu sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Iacob Spelbu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Izesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Iacob Spelbu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hayden Cummins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viorel Doloman to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viorel Doloman in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hayden Cummins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Viorel Doloman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hayden Cummins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Parslow might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristi Berbec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Parslow ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristi Berbec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Colin Waterhouse in the 66th minute. A collision led to Juventus Telford getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Colin Waterhouse hit a great ball. Juventus Telford's Hayden Cummins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Doloman in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Viorel Doloman came free, but Hayden Cummins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Stelian Uduleanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus Telford's Hayden Cummins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 played minutes Juventus Telford got a freekick which was hit by Warren Marsden. In the 81st match minute, FC Izesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Popa to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC Izesti's Cristi Berbec got control of the ball when Colin Waterhouse tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Gelu Flintașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Romeo Parslow got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Viorel Doloman made a precise shot to the right of Hayden Cummins. Juventus Telford's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Bodnar during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Juventus Telford's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
