Fabian Boman's late challenge caught a Leicester Foxes Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Boman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nolmyra FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Fabian Boman hit a great ball. Andy Peake had several of the Nolmyra FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Per Lång as he didn't even see the shot coming. Per Lång came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Foxes Academy's Felix Ball. But to his dismay, Felix Ball quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Tingelholm during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Tingelholm kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Leicester Foxes Academy defense, Börge Modig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Hehir. The Leicester Foxes Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Hehir should have stopped the shot. Nolmyra FC's Per Lång played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Peake in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Leicester Foxes Academy's Seth Bagshaw got a free kick in the 26th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Andy Peake had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per Lång. Nolmyra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andy Peake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Börge Modig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Börge Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Leicester Foxes Academy's Seth Bagshaw got a free kick in the 39th minute. Freddy Hehir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börge Modig went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.

Nolmyra FC's Per Lång played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Peake in the 60th minute of play. Börge Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per Lång took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Peake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, John Mellbad dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Freddy Hehir, 4-4. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
