After 42 played minutes Atlético Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Nacho Atienza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Okraszewski in the 43rd minute of play forced Atlético Municipal's goalkeeper Marz Arratia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Catalonia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Municipal were winning 0-2.
