Fedele Di Pasquale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Socorro having to interfere. Amos Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Indalecio in the 29th minute of the match. Pablo Hermon's late challenge caught a San Michele AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Hermon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nouvelle Vague getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Pablo Hermon hit a great ball. Generoso Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Amos Roberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Generoso Indalecio made a precise shot to the right of Amos Roberto. San Michele AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Augusto Caligaris fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Michele AFC's protests and gave Augusto Caligaris a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, San Michele AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Caligaris to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Generoso Indalecio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Generoso Indalecio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Amos Roberto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Amos Roberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generoso Indalecio in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Amerigo Pace hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes San Michele AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Angelucci. Nouvelle Vague's Aquilino Pagomari got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Generoso Indalecio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Amos Roberto made a huge save. Roque Urtats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amos Roberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Urtats in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Amos Roberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Ourente. After a defensive mix-up in San Michele AFC's zone, Sebastian Joseph stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amos Roberto came out of the goal and Sebastian Joseph tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, San Michele AFC's Amos Roberto got control of the ball when Tobias Ourente tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Amos Roberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Generoso Indalecio. Tobias Ourente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Roberto having to interfere. Nouvelle Vague played a much better game than San Michele AFC and deserved their victory. The San Michele AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
