Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melquiades Sanduru made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute, Showtime FC's Carolo Naldo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carolo Naldo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Showtime FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carolo Naldo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Carolo Naldo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Generoso Aragones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Showtime FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A2 IF the free kick. In the 8th minute, Generoso Aragones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Pagomari hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Showtime FC's zone, Per Vennerdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Lugo came out of the goal and Per Vennerdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the game, Jan Billström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Leonides Lugo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonides Lugo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Bernal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ulf Rönn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Vennerdal came free, but Leonides Lugo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to A2 IF getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ulf Blom hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Melquiades Sanduru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulf Rönn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of Showtime FC booed when A2 IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Billström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Jan Billström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Leonides Lugo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Vennerdal in the 54th minute of play forced Showtime FC's goalkeeper Leonides Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Showtime FC's Leonides Lugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Billström in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Melquiades Sanduru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ulf Rönn. The goal made the score 3-2. After 61 minutes, Jan Billström made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Showtime FC's Leonides Lugo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonides Lugo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Billström, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruperto Jerrald during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stig Hägglund hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, A2 IF's Ulf Blom got a free kick in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in A2 IF's zone, Melquiades Sanduru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulf Rönn came out of the goal and Melquiades Sanduru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, A2 IF's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Sanduru came free, but Ulf Rönn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Showtime FC's Melquiades Sanduru in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A2 IF's goalie prevented a goal. Leonides Lugo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Strömberg in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Generoso Aragones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 minutes of play, A2 IF's Jan Billström made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonides Lugo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Sanduru in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulf Rönn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Billström in the 90th minute of play forced Showtime FC's goalkeeper Leonides Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvid Strömberg took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Lugo. Leonides Lugo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-3. A2 IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Melquiades Sanduru scored to the left of an out of position Ulf Rönn, making the score, 6-4. A2 IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
