Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) PERSPOLIS's Genaro Segarra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Pessoa during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Viseu United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Pessoa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Viseu United getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Aparício Monteiro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Viseu United's zone, Goiz Calvo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Mota came out of the goal and Goiz Calvo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Segarra in the 7th minute of play forced Viseu United's goalkeeper Luís Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Viseu United booed when PERSPOLIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Goiz Calvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21st play minutes Veríssimo Sesimbra shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Virgilio Marcilla and just under the crossbar into goal. Asteri Vazquez's late challenge caught a Viseu United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asteri Vazquez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, PERSPOLIS's Asteri Vazquez got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 38 played minutes PERSPOLIS got a freekick which was hit by Goiz Calvo. Artur Neves scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virgilio Marcilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 47 played minutes PERSPOLIS got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Segarra. Viseu United's Tobias Júdice was substituted for Veríssimo Sesimbra. Genaro Segarra hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. The PERSPOLIS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Viseu United were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Neves to make the kick off. Artur Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgilio Marcilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, PERSPOLIS's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Júdice came free, but Virgilio Marcilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Tobias Júdice notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of PERSPOLIS's Virgilio Marcilla. Virgilio Marcilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Viseu United booed when PERSPOLIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asteri Vazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Júdice received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Virgilio Marcilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Tobias Júdice slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 70th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Tobias Júdice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viseu United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Júdice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. PERSPOLIS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Tobias Júdice scored to the left of an out of position Virgilio Marcilla, making the score, 0-5. Luís Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donatello Incera went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. PERSPOLIS's Virgilio Marcilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Passos in the 95th minute of play.
