The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stanislaus Blank kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match, Stanislaus Blank tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 袁枫烨 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to FC Hamburg getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Philipp Götze hit a great ball. 袁枫烨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislaus Blank in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Ludwig Wolf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 袁枫烨 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Pascal Renz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 played minutes, 『挑战者』遗失的美好's 朱勇升 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robert Bernberich came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 47th match minute, FC Hamburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oka Herrndorf to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 朱勇升 to make the kick off. After 62 played minutes FC Hamburg got a freekick which was hit by Pascal Renz. A sloppy throw-in by Josef Appenzeller in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 『挑战者』遗失的美好's 尹广杰. 70 minutes into the game, Siegmund Hegen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ludwig Wolf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 袁枫烨 having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Stanislaus Blank mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Hamburg and the 『挑战者』遗失的美好 players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Hamburg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
