The audience thought a goal was coming when Amílton Tinoco got free with Herbert Schröder in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Johan Himmelmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Christopher Schopp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaká Saldanha was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Florian Klauck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauã Dantas. Corumbaense F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Klauck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 60 minutes into the game, one of Corumbaense F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Hollywood's Sascha Rothschild suffered a sore thigh after 64 minutes and couldn't finish the game. André Luiz Gaúcho charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Luiz Gaúcho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Hollywood's Tristan Waidler was substituted for Sascha Rothschild. In the 65th minute, André Luiz Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes, FC Hollywood's Florian Klauck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cauã Dantas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Hollywood reached it. Herbert Schröder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílton Tinoco in the 77th minute of play. Björn Klöting's late challenge caught a Corumbaense F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Schröder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílton Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Florian Klauck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
