The Carpathians fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Carpathians's Flavius Câmpeanu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Audun Ingebrigtsen made a kick off. Edgar Pușcariu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Snorre Bjønnes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
