The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Gustaw Gondela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4thth minute of the game Dráuzio Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Czeslaw Przybylo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wasyl Brataniec's late challenge caught a LRCA Office Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wasyl Brataniec helped the player get up and apologised. Dráuzio Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Czeslaw Przybylo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Dráuzio Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LRCA Office Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ryszard Zima hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Dráuzio Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Gustaw Gondela got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 19 played minutes MIRA -ŁÓDZ got a freekick which was hit by Tolek Mruk. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dráuzio Batista in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Czeslaw Przybylo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Juninho Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LRCA Office Club's protests and gave Juninho Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. Juninho Rosa hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the LRCA Office Club defense, Roch Nocny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Montenegro. The LRCA Office Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Montenegro should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, LRCA Office Club's Luís Fábio Mandrak got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 28th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Tomasz Krzynowek hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Donato Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Czeslaw Przybylo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto Vianna in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to MIRA -ŁÓDZ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Wawrzyniec Gorzkiewicz hit a great ball. If Tomasz Krzynowek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the MIRA -ŁÓDZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
