Madaleno Borniquell was a little too slow when Jacinto Mendes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 9th minute, Jacinto Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Madaleno Borniquell. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Eliseu Loyola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Madaleno Borniquell made a huge save. In the 14th minute, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Cordarell Raigada seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cordarell Raigada the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cordarell Raigada had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 15th minute, Cordarell Raigada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Madaleno Borniquell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseu Loyola in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Loyola came free, but Madaleno Borniquell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mogel Clavo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The long shot by Caio de Azevedo in the 27th minute really tested Madaleno Borniquell's skills. In the 39th minute Guga Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Madaleno Borniquell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Jacinto Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 20 de Março FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Mendes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isaltino Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomi Llera in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Loyola in the 45th minute of play forced BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper Madaleno Borniquell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes of play, 20 de Março FC's Jacinto Mendes made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Madaleno Borniquell was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudinei Britto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
