Laureano Quinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuoco Abellaneda in the 12th minute of play forced Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goalkeeper Laureano Quinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Julio Tolaba made a precise shot to the right of Laureano Quinto. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 17 minutes into the game, El Pulpo Paceño's Julio Tolaba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The audience was convinced that Petrigai Abar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laureano Quinto was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Laureano Quinto came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by El Pulpo Paceño's Petrigai Abar. But to his dismay, Petrigai Abar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petrigai Abar was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Lore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Zxavian Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Laureano Quinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrigai Abar in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Narciso Soter hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Cugat Abecia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Laureano Quinto didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Ramiro Aguirre got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Cugat Abecia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Quinto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 69th match minute, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Soter to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Tolaba got free with Laureano Quinto in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Teobaldo Ledesma hit a great ball. Petrigai Abar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Manuel Abeita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Pulpo Paceño's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Manuel Abeita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Soter hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, El Pulpo Paceño's Petrigai Abar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Laureano Quinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petrigai Abar in the 90th minute of play. El Pulpo Paceño's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
