With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Bastos in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuh Özguc saved Kültepe Spor Kulübü from getting behind. A collision led to Kültepe Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gökcan Özakan hit a great ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vila Nova FC's goalkeeper Ademir Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match, Gürkan Bahadıroğlu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ademir Cruz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Clemente Bastos's late challenge caught a Kültepe Spor Kulübü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
