Sävedalen's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rodrigo Villagra 4 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 8th minute, Harry Sikström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Diaz got free with Arne Åkesson in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Sävedalen's Markus Åkesson got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Talleres booed when Sävedalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Åke Kjellqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Jonathan Tingberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Sävedalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Wahlström to maneuver through the defense. Albino Nofre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roy Danielsson went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Albino Nofre came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Sävedalen's Jonathan Tingberg. But to his dismay, Jonathan Tingberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. With a little luck, Sävedalen's Arne Åkesson got control of the ball when Rodrigo Villagra tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Sävedalen booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Villagra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Tor Jönsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albino Nofre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Talleres players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sävedalen were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ariel Burko to strike the kick off in the second half. Albino Nofre made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Roy Danielsson sent off a good shot on target. Sävedalen made a substitution. Oskar Sigman replaced Harry Sikström. After a rather tough play, Sävedalen's Roy Danielsson got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Oskar Sigman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sävedalen's Stellan Grönlund was substituted for Jonathan Tingberg. Adolfo Diaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Åkesson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolfo Diaz ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Sävedalen's Markus Åkesson got a free kick in the 80th minute. Arne Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Burko in the 81st minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Adolfo Diaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Kurt Henriksson charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Henriksson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sävedalen getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kurt Henriksson hit a great ball. Albino Nofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Sigman in the 92nd minute of play. The Sävedalen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
