The coaching staff of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ezzo Doro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezzo Doro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Lucero Quilempan managed to get in a good position for a shot. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucero Quilempan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avram Ştercă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Ştercă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Arlegui in the 22nd minute of play. Dionisio Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nichifor Dumitrescu in the 24th minute. With 31 minutes on the clock, Jonathan Brotfeld commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 30th minute, one of PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC. A collision led to PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Roldán Botello hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Augustin Stănoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nichifor Dumitrescu made a kick off. Lucero Quilempan made a great header on PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's corner, it was just that Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Ştercă managed to reach the ball for a save. Dionisio Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Blaj in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Aurel Sucigan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Avram Ştercă was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Romelio Ordaz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Romelio Ordaz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. In the 68th minute, Roldán Botello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Dumitrescu in the 71st minute of play forced PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurel Sucigan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Lucero Quilempan tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 81 played minutes PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC got a freekick which was hit by Rosalio Pinto. 88 minutes into the game, Romelio Ordaz lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Avram Ştercă. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Ştercă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting a goal against them. Omar Arlegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avram Ştercă having to interfere. The PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
