Spectators: 142 (Terracing: 107, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cauan Neiva took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Vágner Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zenon Pinczewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zenon Pinczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Pontes having to interfere. When Mieszko Barys came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the MKS Legion Częstochowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mieszko Barys couldn't finish the play. Sérgio Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Pinczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Goianésia E.C's Vágner Loureiro got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cauan Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Hyska having to interfere. Dênis Maranhense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Bartosz Budzyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Goianésia E.C's Maurinho Toledo tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 26 played minutes Goianésia E.C got a freekick which was hit by Elias Brito. Miroslaw Cichewski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sérgio Pontes. Goianésia E.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 28 minutes, Cauan Neiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goianésia E.C and the MKS Legion Częstochowa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Goianésia E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. Zenon Pinczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Zenon Pinczewski put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sérgio Pontes. If Zenon Pinczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zenon Pinczewski scored 0-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sérgio Pontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mieszko Barys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Sérgio Pontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mieszko Barys stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match Miroslaw Cichewski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sérgio Pontes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Dênis Maranhense came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Goianésia E.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dênis Maranhense couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Goianésia E.C booed when MKS Legion Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Radziszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Guga Paraíba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miroslaw Hyska showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th minute of the match, Mieszko Barys tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sérgio Pontes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Olaf Radziszewski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Cauan Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goianésia E.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cauan Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Goianésia E.C's Sérgio Pontes got control of the ball when Florian Serwach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zenon Pinczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Pontes having to interfere. Miroslaw Hyska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Neiva in the 80th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Zenon Pinczewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio Pontes was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Sérgio Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mieszko Barys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Cauan Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Goianésia E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdir Neto to maneuver through the defense. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Miroslaw Cichewski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Goianésia E.C.
