Albert Gherghe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisão Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Gherghe came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FIEL ALGUSTA's Luisão Zonta. But to his dismay, Luisão Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Luisão Zonta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FIEL ALGUSTA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Luisão Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Traian Muntean made a precise shot to the right of Tiaguinho Diniz. FIEL ALGUSTA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Dieguinho Borges blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albert Gherghe having to make a save. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Iulian Nisipeanu got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilvan Tróia hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Albert Gherghe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Dante in the 37th minute of play. Albert Gherghe came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by FIEL ALGUSTA's Enrique Fantini. But to his dismay, Enrique Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luisão Zonta was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FIEL ALGUSTA booed when -BZF- Viitorul Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dumitru Corbea didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Zonta in the 56th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Albert Gherghe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Muntean in the 57th minute of play forced FIEL ALGUSTA's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Dumitru Corbea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, FIEL ALGUSTA's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Corbea came free, but Tiaguinho Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oswaldo Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Albert Gherghe made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Luisão Zonta sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Ruy Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Albert Gherghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Fantini in the 81st minute of play. In the 81st minute, one of -BZF- Viitorul Buzau:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for -BZF- Viitorul Buzau. After 88 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Dante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FIEL ALGUSTA and the -BZF- Viitorul Buzau players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of -BZF- Viitorul Buzau booed when FIEL ALGUSTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fabiano Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89thth minute of the game Dumitru Corbea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FIEL ALGUSTA's Tiaguinho Diniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Fantini came free, but Albert Gherghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Traian Muntean to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Dumitru Corbea hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match.
