When Gala's Sedef Mehmet in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Solskin's goalie prevented a goal. When Niclas Bern fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solskin's protests and gave Niclas Bern a yellow card for diving instead. Niclas Bern kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Tommy Ståhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sedef Mehmet in the 14th minute of play. Rickard Smed could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Bertha Prasadha made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Gala's Johannes Zulhaji got a free kick in the 19th minute. Tommy Ståhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sedef Mehmet, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute Herman Emander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertha Prasadha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Solskin's Rickard Smed slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bertha Prasadha. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. In the 34th minute, Sedef Mehmet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute I Gusti Wibowo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Ståhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Smed recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 minutes of play Solskin's Niclas Bern was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Solskin's Niclas Bern got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Solskin's zone, Sedef Mehmet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Ståhlberg came out of the goal and Sedef Mehmet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Gala getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. I Gusti Wibowo hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Jajang Sianipar came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Gala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jajang Sianipar couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Solskin's Tommy Ståhlberg got control of the ball when Hamdani Supit tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Solskin booed when Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ridwan Karundeng didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Sedef Mehmet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gala's supporters rose to their feet, but Sedef Mehmet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Ståhlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Ståhlberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from I Gusti Wibowo. If Hamdani Supit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Peter Bennet fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solskin's protests and gave Peter Bennet a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gala booed when Solskin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by I Gusti Wibowo in the 90th minute of play forced Solskin's goalkeeper Tommy Ståhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, I Gusti Wibowo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Solskin were victorious despite being under pressure from Gala for much of the match.
