The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artemio Flor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Artemio Flor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermenegildo Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 11 minutes, Horácio Chagas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Clube Patrício and the Cadáveres Voladores players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Domiku came free, but Caio Carmona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Berdoi made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Artemio Flor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Altino Paião.
