André Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto-José Guine in the 14th minute of the match. Reko-Recko 03™'s Hortêncio Paraense pulled a muscle in his back after 16 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Domingos Marques fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's protests and gave Domingos Marques a yellow card for diving instead. Reko-Recko 03™ made a substitution. Mazinho Salgado replaced Hortêncio Paraense. After 18 played minutes VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Marques. Alex Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarbas Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Manoel Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jarbas Pombal charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarbas Pombal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alex Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ed Mundo in the 32nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarbas Pombal in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Costa saved VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF from getting behind. After a rather tough play, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Domingos Marques got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Alex Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Mazinho Salgado was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, one of Reko-Recko 03™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Reko-Recko 03™:s André Abraão showed great skill when he stopped Jerónimo Conde:s penalty. In the 40th minute, Jerónimo Conde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Abraão was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. The wind increased when Giuseppe de Souza made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Jerónimo Conde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Abraão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zé Augusto Moura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Alex Costa made a huge save. After 56 minutes, Zeferino Fontoura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF and the Reko-Recko 03™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeferino Fontoura to maneuver through the defense. If Wiliam Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerónimo Conde might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Abraão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerónimo Conde ran back to his position shaking his head. Alberto-José Guine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Abraão having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s Jarbas Pombal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeferino Fontoura in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto-José Guine came free, but André Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper André Abraão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 87 minutes, Jarbas Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reko-Recko 03™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarbas Pombal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jerónimo Conde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Hipólito Esparteiro hit a great ball. Giuseppe de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giuseppe de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Giuseppe de Souza hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
