Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcelino Normando started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Lucas-David Lucena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Chupeño's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loco De Remate the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Chupeño's Lucas-David Lucena got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Gonzales Abastas acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 4th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Faustino Fonso. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Marcelino Normando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loco De Remate's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelino Normando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzales Abastas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After recieving a nice pass, Loco De Remate's Faustino Fonso tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Chupeño's Leonardo-Ismael Zuaza got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Sportivo Chupeño's Gonzales Abastas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Chupeño from getting a goal against them. Marcelino Normandos short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Gonzales Abastas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper Gonzales Abastas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Guter. After 30 played minutes Loco De Remate got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Guter. In the 33rd minute, Adrian Guter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonzales Abastas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Marcelino Normando came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Loco De Remate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Normando couldn't finish the play. Gonzales Abastas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Baiona Abadie notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Loco De Remate's Amado Maurin. Amado Maurin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelino Normando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzales Abastas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gombal Abad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Loco De Remate's Gavino Tabor got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The audience was convinced that Marcelino Normando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonzales Abastas was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. If Marcelino Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Chupeño's zone, Marcelino Normando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzales Abastas came out of the goal and Marcelino Normando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelino Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzales Abastas having to interfere. If Marcelino Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelino Normando in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gonzales Abastas saved Sportivo Chupeño from getting behind. Leonardo-Ismael Zuaza's late challenge caught a Loco De Remate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo-Ismael Zuaza helped the player get up and apologised. Gombal Abad hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Gonzales Abastas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Normando in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Sportivo Chupeño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Villamil to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Chupeño's Eladio Abella got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Adrian Guter struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Gonzales Abastas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loco De Remate. Sportivo Chupeño's Gonzales Abastas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Normando in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Loco De Remate booed when Sportivo Chupeño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas-David Lucena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzales Abastas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelino Normando went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 82 played minutes Loco De Remate got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Tabor. 86 minutes into the match, Sportivo Chupeño's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Guter came free, but Gonzales Abastas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Loco De Remate's Amado Maurin got control of the ball when Baiona Abadie tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Marcelino Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas-David Lucena kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Loco De Remate fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sportivo Chupeño had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
