A hard shot 8 in the game by Raimundo Terra from a close distance when the talented Glauco Velloso managed to make a qualified save. Shark FC - FSCMZ's players were relieved. In the 10th match minute, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Terra to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Bastos in the 18th minute of play forced Shark FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Glauco Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diguinho Velasco hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Alisson Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando da Costa in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando da Costa in the 25th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Alisson Becker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enéas Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enéas Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nando da Costa in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alisson Becker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diguinho Velasco to strike the kick off in the second half. Nando da Costas short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Alisson Becker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nando da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nando da Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Los Andes FC - FSCMZ booed when Shark FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Raimundo Terra fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Raimundo Terra a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Shark FC - FSCMZ booed when Los Andes FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséas Camargo made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Shark FC - FSCMZ's Jacinto Queiroz. Alisson Becker was a little too slow when Nando da Costa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-1. After 77 minutes, Ezequiel Linares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ and the Shark FC - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Ezequiel Linares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fabrício Arce fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Fabrício Arce a yellow card for diving instead. Fabrício Arce hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. During the 82nd minute of the match Fabrício Arce completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fabrício Arce a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 83rd minute, Fabrício Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alisson Becker made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Jacinto Queiroz sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Oséas Camargo in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Shark FC - FSCMZ's Jacinto Queiroz. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Shark FC - FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
